• Customers may claim the warranty up to one time per product in most cases.

• InfinaCore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

• InfinaCore’s liability is limited to the replacement of the defective product only.

• This warranty does not cover any loss of data or any cost associated with the recovery of data.
