Questions before you choose

Will P3 Pro work in Japan?

Yes, its 100-240V AC input includes Japan's 100V supply. Japan uses Type A outlets; use the built-in US-style two-pin plug in a matching outlet. Carry the correct cables for your devices. Do not force a plug into an incompatible outlet.

Will P3 Pro work in Lithuania?

Use the European Type C attachment in a compatible European two-round-pin outlet. P3 Pro's 100-240V AC input includes Lithuania's nominal 230V supply. Confirm the actual socket at your accommodation before travel.

Does it work in every country?

Choose by outlet shape and input voltage, rather than a country-count claim. The supplied plug formats do not fit every socket used worldwide. Check your destination and accommodation; an additional correctly rated adapter may be needed for an unsupported socket.

Is this a voltage converter for a hair dryer?

No. P3 Pro accepts 100-240V AC to power its own USB and wireless charging outputs. It does not provide a universal AC appliance outlet and is not a voltage converter for a hair dryer, kettle or other mains appliance.

Can it charge my MacBook or iPad?

Use a suitable USB-C cable with a device that accepts USB-C charging. Wall mode supports up to 65W USB-C output. The laptop's required power, the cable and simultaneous charging matter; some laptops charge slowly or lose charge under heavy load. iPads charge by cable, not on the wireless pad. Battery mode and wall mode have different output limits.

Does 65W apply when it is unplugged?

65W is the advertised maximum USB-C output in wall-charger mode. Battery mode has a different limit. Do not assume 65W portable charging, or 65W at every port simultaneously.

What does 5-in-1 mean?

It describes combined charging and travel functions. The unit has two USB-C ports, one USB-A port and one wireless charging area. It does not mean five independent charging outputs or five devices each receiving full rated power.

Will it charge an Apple Watch directly?

An Apple Watch needs a compatible watch charging puck or station. P3 Pro's phone wireless pad is not a dedicated watch charger. You can power an appropriate watch cable from a compatible USB port.

Can I bring this power bank on a flight?

Pack power banks in carry-on baggage, never checked baggage. If your carry-on is gate-checked, remove the power bank and keep it in the cabin. Protect it from damage and short circuits. FAA guidance generally permits lithium-ion batteries rated up to 100Wh without airline approval, but airlines can impose stricter capacity, quantity, storage and in-flight-use rules. Check the Wh marking on your unit and your airline before travel; this is not a blanket airline approval.

Can it arrive before Friday?

Delivery depends on your destination, stock, order timing and the shipping service selected. Check the delivery estimate at checkout. If your deadline is close, contact support@infinacore.com before ordering. A transit estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

What are the return terms?

The published return policy allows a return request within 30 days after receipt. Items must meet the condition and packaging requirements in that policy; personalized items and other exclusions apply. Contact support before sending a return.

What does the 99-year warranty cover?

The 99-year program covers eligible defects, loss of function and accidental damage affecting function, subject to its full terms. The published terms require registration within 48 hours of receipt, generally limit coverage to one claim per product, exclude theft, loss, misuse and normal wear, and may require a deductible and shipping charges.
