Questions before you choose

How is T3 Pro different from T3?

T3 Pro uses a dedicated Qi2 magnetic phone charging stand. T3 is a flexible folding pad/stand. Both are powered charging stations for a compatible phone, Apple Watch and wireless-charging earbuds; neither stores energy as a power bank.

Does it fast-charge every Apple Watch?

Do not assume Apple Watch fast charging from the phone's Qi2 rating. The current T3 Pro listing states up to 3W for the watch area; fast charging depends on the watch and a compatible certified watch charger.

Can I charge my Samsung phone and watch?

A phone must support the relevant wireless charging standard, and magnetic attachment requires compatible magnets or a suitable case. The dedicated watch area is for Apple Watch; Samsung Galaxy Watch and Pixel Watch compatibility is not claimed.

Does it work without an outlet?

T3 Pro needs USB-C power. It has no built-in battery. Use a suitable external USB supply or compatible power bank; confirm the supply can power the station and your devices.

Do all earbuds charge wirelessly?

Only earbud cases with wireless-charging support can use the earbud charging area. Cable-only cases need their charging cable.

Can I take it on a flight?

The stand has no built-in power-bank battery. Follow airline rules for any separate battery pack and power source in your travel kit.

Can it arrive before Friday?

Delivery depends on your destination, stock, order timing and the shipping service selected. Check the delivery estimate at checkout. If your deadline is close, contact support@infinacore.com before ordering. A transit estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

What are the return terms?

The published return policy allows a return request within 30 days after receipt. Items must meet the condition and packaging requirements in that policy; personalized items and other exclusions apply. Contact support before sending a return.

What does the 99-year warranty cover?

The 99-year program covers eligible defects, loss of function and accidental damage affecting function, subject to its full terms. The published terms require registration within 48 hours of receipt, generally limit coverage to one claim per product, exclude theft, loss, misuse and normal wear, and may require a deductible and shipping charges.
