Questions before you choose

Is 15W guaranteed on every iPhone?

No. 15W is the charger's maximum wireless mode, not a guaranteed rate for every phone. Actual charging depends on the phone's supported protocol, alignment, case and temperature. Magnetic attachment alone does not establish Qi2 or Apple MagSafe certification.

Should I use a cable or wireless charging?

Wireless charging is convenient while using your phone. Use the USB-C wired connection when you want to reduce wireless conversion losses and make more efficient use of the battery. Actual charge gained varies by phone and use.

Can M3 charge a laptop?

M3 Mini is designed for compact phone top-ups. Its USB-C output is around 20W maximum, so it is not the right choice for a laptop that needs a higher-power USB-C supply. Compare the device's charging requirement before buying.

Does it include international wall adapters?

M3 Mini is a USB-C rechargeable battery pack, not a plug-in international wall charger. Do not rely on P3 adapter accessories being included with M3.

Is it waterproof?

No. Keep M3 away from water and high heat. Stop using a damaged battery pack.

Can I bring this power bank on a flight?

Pack power banks in carry-on baggage, never checked baggage. If your carry-on is gate-checked, remove the power bank and keep it in the cabin. Protect it from damage and short circuits. FAA guidance generally permits lithium-ion batteries rated up to 100Wh without airline approval, but airlines can impose stricter capacity, quantity, storage and in-flight-use rules. Check the Wh marking on your unit and your airline before travel; this is not a blanket airline approval.

Can it arrive before Friday?

Delivery depends on your destination, stock, order timing and the shipping service selected. Check the delivery estimate at checkout. If your deadline is close, contact support@infinacore.com before ordering. A transit estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

What are the return terms?

The published return policy allows a return request within 30 days after receipt. Items must meet the condition and packaging requirements in that policy; personalized items and other exclusions apply. Contact support before sending a return.

What does the 99-year warranty cover?

The 99-year program covers eligible defects, loss of function and accidental damage affecting function, subject to its full terms. The published terms require registration within 48 hours of receipt, generally limit coverage to one claim per product, exclude theft, loss, misuse and normal wear, and may require a deductible and shipping charges. Read the full terms before purchasing.
